2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ application raises issue touching upon legitimacy of selection of Respondent No.

worker.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5.

4. The Court finds that as per counter affidavit of the State Authorities, Respondent No. 6 was having 285 marks,

Patna High Court CWJC No.786 of 2023(3) dt.20-06-2023 2/2 whereas, the petitioner was having 270 marks. The Respondent No. 6 was found to be superior and, therefore, has been selected.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that there are other infirmities, which he would raise by way of proceedings before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

6. With liberty, as aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of.
