1. Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. The instant Criminal Miscellaneous Application arises out of F.I.R., bearing Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P. S. Case No. 455 of 2023, instituted for the offence punishable under Section 37 of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Amendment Act, 2022.
3. Having heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP and on perusal of the materials on record, it is ascertained that charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner under Section 37 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2022.
4. Since the charge-sheet has been submitted on completion of investigation, the petitioner is entitled to bail.
5. Accordingly, prayer for bail is allowed.

6. The petitioner, above-named, is granted bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, one of whom must be a local surety, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge IVth cum Special Excise Court 1st, Lakhisarai, with further condition that he must comply the conditions, namely, he would not persuade or threaten the witnesses and would be present in the court below during trial on all dates.
7. Failure on the part of the petitioner to comply with any of the above directions will entail the learned court below to cancel the bail without any further order.
