Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The daughter of the informant sustained injury from broken tube light, as a result whereof, she died. The FIR does not reveal that who were playing with the tube lights during procession of immersion of idol of Sarsawati. Considering the nature of material, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20570 of 2018 (2) dt.16-04-2018 Raj Nagar Police Station Case No.16 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
