2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Ekma P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegedly, in the backdrop of land dispute, while the informant came out of his house to purchase colour and Gulal, the accused persons assaulted him. The informant's mother was also assaulted.
4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though in the FIR, there is allegation that the petitioner inflicted spear blow on the chest of mother of the informant but the injuries sustained by her, are simple in nature. The petitioner is a
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78886 of 2024(2) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 person of clean antecedent. It has also been submitted that final form was submitted against the petitioner.
5. Learned Additional P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate_IX, Saran at Chapra in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
