For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Ramesh Kumar Singh For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Braj Kishore Prasad ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S.Case No. 455 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of Arms Act.

Allegation in brief is that on disclosure of by another coaccused, two country made pistols, 07 live cartridges and one empty magazine were recovered from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is in custody since 25.06.2017 for almost 08 months and in other cases, he is on bail.

However, there are several antecedents of serious nature against the petitioner and considering the recovery, I am not inclined to admit him on bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4075 of 2018 (4) dt.08-02-2018 2/2 Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within six months. If the trial is not concluded within stipulated period, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months.
