The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against this petitioner is that he alongwith other co-accused persons participated in disposal of the dead-body of informant's grand daughter.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is no allegation of overt act against this petitioner. He is only alleged to have participated in disposal of the dead-body. Petitioner is none else but own brother of mother of the deceased. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

No.74568 of 2022(2) dt.24-03-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Patna City, District - Patna in connection with Daniyanwa P.S. Case No. 12 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
