====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 25-11-2021 Heard the parties.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case in connection with Mahila P.S. (Bhabua) Case No.78/2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a supplementary affidavit in the court. The same is taken on record.

By way of supplementary affidavit, it is submitted that opposite party no.2 filed case in the year 2018 but by mediation

It is specifically stated in para-3 of the supplementary affidavit that both the party are living together as husband and wife and also happy with the conjugal life. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 have also admitted that there is no grievance. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Mahila P.S. (Bhabua) Case No.78/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) pallavi/- U T
