2. This is an application for quashing of the impugned order dated 22.02.2021 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 747 of 2019 by which after differing with the police report, the court below issued summon to the petitioner for facing trial as well as the order dated 28.11.2022 passed by the learned 4th Additionl Sessions Judge, Buxar in Cr. Revision No. 39 of 2021 by which the 4th Additionl Sessions Judge dismissed the criminal revision filed by the petitioner against the order dated 22.02.2021.

3. The petitioner had earlier moved for the same relief(s) against the same impugned order(s) vide Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83899 of 2023(2) dt.27-08-2024 2/2 5779 of 2023 which was disposed of as withdrawn by order dated 25.07.2023.

4. This is the second attempt of the petitioner. Once the case was heard, and it was disposed of as withdrawn, in my opinion, no case for reconsideration is made out as this court has no power to review its earlier order.
