Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 31.8.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.37844 of 2017, with liberty to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail after framing of the charge. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the charge has been framed and they are in custody for about seven months. They are ready to abide by any condition imposed upon them.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4558 of 2018 (2) dt.24-01-2018 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-I, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S.Case No.258 of 2017 with condition that they will co-operate in disposal of the trial and will also appear as and when required by the learned court below; otherwise their bail bond shall be cancelled. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
