JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Danapur P. S. Case No. 587 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 327, 504, 34, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R. there is allegation against the petitioners no.1 and 2 of assault by rod to the informant on the plea that she kept the aunt (Bua) of the petitioner no.2 in his house and there is allegation also against the other co-accused of assault and snatching of chain and taking away the cash.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that as a matter of fact, there was some land dispute between

All the injuries are simple in nature, which is on the shoulder to the informant. Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Danapur, Patna, in connection with Danapur P. S. Case No. 587 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Sunil Shukla/- U T
