This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.07.2022 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 464 of 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 05.07.2022 direction was given to the District Judge, Jehanabad to dispose of the Arbitration Case No. 02 of 2018 but, inadvertently it has been typed as "District Magistrate, Jehanabad is directed to dispose of the Arbitration Case No. 28 of 2015/16".

Accordingly, the order dated 05.07.2022 passed in

Patna High Court MJC No.2640 of 2022(2) dt.01-02-2023 2/2 CWJC No. 464 of 2018 is modified to the extent that the District Judge, Jehanabad shall dispose of Arbitration Case No. 02 of 2018 within two months from today.

Accordingly, this modification application is allowed.
