2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It would be appear from the First Information Report that the informant has made an allegation that on 31.07.2023, her mother was assaulted by the named accused
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78929 of 2024(4) dt.19-04-2025 2/3 persons of the FIR who are all the relatives of the informant and when the informant was informed about this occurrence, she went to inquire about the same whereafter, she was assaulted by means of lathi and danda by the accused persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would be evident from the very First Information Report that there is a dispute between the family members and he submits that the said dispute is with regard to piece of land. General and omnibus allegations have been made against the entire family of the petitioners including the female members of the family. It has also been submitted that the mother of the informant has received no injuries while the injury report of the informant would indicate that she has received only one injury in the farm of laceration which is simple in nature.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the application for anticipatory bail.

Taking into consideration the general and omnibus nature of allegations arising out of the land dispute and also that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent except the petitioner no. 2 who has one case against him in which he is on bail, which fact has been brought on record by way of supplementary affidavit, let the above named petitioners in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78929 of 2024(4) dt.19-04-2025 3/3 event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 685 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
