Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. A country made pistol was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2017.

Submission is that the petitioner has been remanded in some other cases, though petitioner was not named in those cases. Investigation of the case is complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge or

No.18676 of 2018 (2) dt.03-04-2018 2/2 after completion of four months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Fatuha Police Station Case No. 564 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
