2. The instant criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68952 of 2023 by which the petitioner was granted pre-arrest bail.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, for his livelihood, had gone to Kolkata where he was working in a polyethylene factory and after getting knowledge about his bail granted by this Court, he tried to furnish his bail bond during the prescribed period but he was not granted leave by the factory, hence, he could not surrender before the learned trial court within the prescribed period.

4. Having regard to the above submission made by petitioner's counsel, this Court extends the period for surrender of the petitioner and submission of bail bond in terms of the order dated 07.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68952 of 2023 by another four weeks from today.

5. Rest of the order shall remain intact.

6. No further indulgence shall be granted.
