The petitioners are languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 363/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10040 of 2023(2) dt.11-05-2023 2/2 omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners are parents-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-inlaw of the deceased. The husband of the deceased has not been made accused in this case. The petitioners live separately from the husband of the deceased. The deceased was suffering from heart disease and due to that she died. The petitioners are languishing in custody since 21.09.2022.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the period under custody, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-JudgeIII-cum-A.C.J.M, 2nd, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 395 of 2021.
