1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No.228/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code & Sections 25(1-B) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 8/20 (b) (II) © of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. and the quantity of Charas recovered, the Court is not inclined to entertain the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application of the petitioner stands rejected.
