Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,366A,376 of the Indian Penal Code and 4,6,8,10,12 of POCSO Act. The allegation of physical exploitation of the informant is against son of this petitioner. Petitioner is a female.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Vaishali Mahila Police Station Case No.33 of 2017, subject
