2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Buxar Rail PS Case No.150 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the allegation, it is a case of recovery of three mobile phones.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no claimant of the said mobile phones, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in judicial custody since 15.07.2023.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for regular bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Buxar Rail PS Case No. 150 of 2023.
