The petitioner has been in custody since 15.09.2017 in connection with Nasariganj P.S. Case No. 110/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/504/506/307of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A, 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the allegation is of assault against the present petitioner yet the injury purported to have been inflicted, have been found to be simple in nature.

Considering the aforementioned submissions and that the petitioner has already been in custody for more than five months and save and except one case under Section 27A of the Bihar Excise Act and other cases, he is on bail, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7999 of 2018 (3) dt.05-03-2018 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Nasariganj P.S. Case No. 110/2017.
