2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that the Treasury Officer, Muzaffarpur has taken immediate steps by communicating the Treasury Officer, Ara vide Letter No. 1037 dated 05.08.2023 (Annexure-C).

3. Considering the aforesaid information, the Treasury Officer, Ara is directed to forthwith credit the amount of pensionary dues into the account of the petitioner.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
