Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364,302,201,120(B),34 of the IPC.
It appears that similarly situated co-accused Md. Shakil Ahmad @ Tamanna has been allowed regular bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure 2. According to the FIR Md. Shakil Ahmad and others including the petitioner had some scuffle with the husband of the informant a day prior to the occurrence. Hence, they are in suspicion that petitioner along with other accused persons have committed murder of the husband of the informant.

No.23013 of 2018(2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the aforesaid case that there is only material against the petitioner is suspicion, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 616 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
