2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioner is that he has taken loan of Rs. 19,28,500/- from the Bank through three loan accounts to run business of printing press but petitioner did not repay the loan amount. On spot verification it was found that the petitioner is not running the printing press and has embezzled the loan amount.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and the instant case has been lodged only

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5633 of 2023(7) dt.17-12-2025 2/2 with an intention to harass him. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the accusation made against the petitioner in the F.I.R., I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. His prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.
