The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Special Case No.7607 of 2019 arising out of Maner P.S.Case No.421 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 . Allegation against the petitioners is about recovery of 15 and 10 ltrs. of liquor respectively from the petitioner nos.1 and 2.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that they have been falsely implicated in this case and they are in in custody more than three months. Charge sheet has been submitted and there is no chance of tampering with the

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Special Case No.7607 of 2019 arising out of Maner P.S.Casae No.421 of 2019. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
