2. In the present case, the petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 360 of 2025, dated 20.07.2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109, 352 & 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other co-accused persons repeatedly slapped the informant. Thereafter, the petitioner and co-accused took the informant to an orchard and there also the informant was repeatedly assaulted by the belt. Lastly, the co-accused stabbed twice in the abdomen of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely

There is general and omnibus allegation against six persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioner that they gave 70-80 slaps to the informant. Allegation of stabbing is not against the petitioner. The injury is found to be grievous in nature but the petitioner is not the author of the said injury. The petitioner used to live at his service place. From the F.I.R., it is clear that the petitioner is not the assailant of the informant. Doctor has found only one stab injury on the person of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2025 having clean antecedent. Charge-sheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the submission of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the parties, submission of charge-sheet against the petitioner, period of custody, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of court of learned A.C.J.M.-IX, Darbhanga/concerned court, in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 360 of 2025, subject to the condition laid down under Section 480(3) of the B.N.S.S.

(i) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner.

(ii) The petitioner will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court below, if so required by the learned trial Court.

(iii) In case of non-appearance of the petitioner on single date or in violation of the terms of the bail, the bail bond of the petitioner will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
