Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a,26/35 of Arms Act. A country made loaded pistol was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent of theft cases. Petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of one year of custody, if the trial is not concluded in the meantime on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21582 of 2018 (2) dt.18-04-2018 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Lalganj Police Station Case No.295 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
