JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-02-2026 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and learned counsels for the respondents.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that the complete payment due amount of GPF, as directed by this Court, has not been made to the petitioners. He further submitted that the petitioners seek liberty to file a fresh representation for release of the said payment in

Patna High Court MJC No.3223 of 2023(5) dt.25-02-2026 2/2 compliance with the order of this Court.

3. Considering the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, as well as, the supplementary show cause filed on behalf of the O.P. No.4, I find that the order has subsequently been complied with.

4. Accordingly, the present contempt petition is consigned. However, the petitioners, if so advised, may file a fresh representation in accordance with law.
