2. The petitioner, who retired on 31.01.2024 from the post of Chainman in the Department of Land Acquisition, Government of Bihar, has filed this writ petition for grant of Assured Career Progression (A.C.P) / M.A.C.P.

3. However, there is no indication in the writ petition that the petitioner had ever made a prayer before the competent authority for payment of Assured Career Progression (A.C.P) / M.A.C.P. during his career or even after his retirement from service.

4. Under the circumstances, this writ petition is
