The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Basopatti P.S. Case No.199/2016, G.R. No.2552 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 341, 379, 504, 506 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act and 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 13.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.26091 of 2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both the sides entered into compromise and the dispute has already been resolved. No sign of explosion of bomb was recovered.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5184 of 2018 (2) dt.21-03-2018 2/2 Considering the fact that the main allegation is against the petitioners, I do not find any new ground to consider the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

If the petitioners surrender in the court below and make prayer for regular bail, the court below shall take into account that the case has been compromised.
