The petitioner is in custody in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No.201 of 2017, a case under Sections 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Submission is that only a mobile phone was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and having similar allegation co-accused Mintu Kumar has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.2028 of 2018. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where
