Case No. 163 of 2019 which has been instituted for the offences under Sections 385, 387 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant claims to have received a threatening letter from an unknown person for paying rupees four lakhs or else he would face the consequences.

Nobody has been named in the F.I.R. However, the name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of an arrested accused person on suspicion. The petitioner was earlier made accused in a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68035 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 case while he was a juvenile.

Considering the nature of accusation being based solely on suspicion and the period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bikram P.S.
