Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2017, he was remanded in this case from some other criminal case. Submission is that the petitioner was never put on T.I.Parade during investigation nor anything was recovered from his possession. Investigation is complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8789 of 2018 (2) dt.15-02-2018 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sherghati Police Station Case No.50 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
