JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Minapur PS Case No. 266 of 2016 registered under Section 302/34 of the IPC and Sections 25(1-b), 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, suspicion is raised against Manager of Radha Krishna Jewelry, there is no material against the petitioner except disclosure of his name by one Vivek Kumr another coaccused, the petitioner is in custody since 18.2.2017 and has no criminal antecedent except one case vide Kudhni PS Case No. 362 of 2016.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Dharmendra Kumar @ Marabba is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur PS Case No. 266 of 2016.
