JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 26-11-2024 In the instant petition, petitioners have prayed for the following relief:- That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions for direction to the respondent authorities to create/ register the Jamabandi of Khata No. 209, 210, 183 and 216 (old), Plot No. 1057 (old) in the name of petitioner No. 01 namely Pradeep Ram @ Deepak Ram on the basis of Khatiyan (Register II) and of line Lagan/Rent receipt paid by the petitioner No. 01 for the abovesaid land for the period 2021-22 but the respondent Circle
Patna High Court CWJC No.17801 of 2024 dt.26-11-2024 2/3 officer and others are not accepting one line Lagan/Rent of the abovesaid land and respondents further be directed to accept online Lagan/ Rent of the abovesaid land to the petitioner and further for direction to the respondent Circle officer to grant mutation in favour of petitioner No. 02 of the abovesaid land which has been purchased by him and other family members from the petitioner No. 01 through registered sale deed on 12.10.2018 and to grant any other relief(s) for which petitioner may found entitled in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 2 has filed an application before Circle Officer for mutation of registered land in his favour but the said mutation has been denied by Circle Officer. He further submits that he is ready to file online application for mutation of land in question. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has represented before District Magistrate but he has not stated anything that he has represented before Circle Officer. Copy of official receipt has not been attached with the record that he has represented his grievance.
3. Learned counsel on behalf of the State submits that no copy of official receipt with regard to grievance has been brought on record. If petitioners file fresh representation before concerned Circle Officer with regard to his grievance, his

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition stands disposed of with direction that petitioners may file online copy for mutation of land in question or through physical mode. If petitioners file representation within four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, the concerned Circle Officer may pass appropriate order within nine weeks from the date of filing of representation.
