2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the applications for membership of the Primary Agricultural Credit Society (for short 'the PACS') of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 were rejected by the Managing Committee, against which an
Patna High Court CWJC No.16620 of 2024(3) dt.29-10-2024 2/2 appeal was preferred before the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Society, Aurangabad, and he also dismissed the appeal by the impugned order.
3. So far as petitioner no.3 is concerned, his appeal was allowed and in pursuance thereof, petitioner no.3 has deposited the share amount of Rs.11/-. It is submitted that the moment he deposited the amount, he became the member of 'the PACS', but still his name has not been included in the voter list of 'the PACS'.
4. As the petitioner no.3 has already deposited the share amount after order of the appeal, in the interest of justice, the petitioner no.3 shall be included as a member of 'the PACS'.
5. So far as petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are concerned, they may raise their grievance(s) before the Registrar, Cooperative Society and if a representation in this regard is filed, that shall be disposed of expeditiously, in accordance with law.
6. With the direction/observation aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
