The petitioner is accused in connection with Kachhawan P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017, registered under Sections 30(a),34, 34(a)(b), 34(b)(i), 35, 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of one bottle of 375 ML, two bottles of 750 ML India made foreign liquor to the grocery shop of the petitioner situated in his house. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged search was made in the joint house, which was being used by the joint family members of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 06.11.2017.

Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Rohtas Sasaram in connection with Kachhawan P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017.
