1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For directing the Respondent no.4 to remove encroachment made over R.S. Plot nos.105 and 106, arising from C.S. Khata no.5 and Plot nos.57 and 58 recorded as public land in as much as a Miscellaneous Encroachment Case no.7/2024 was initiated by the District Magistrate Kaimur and vide order

Patna High Court CWJC No.16999 of 2024(2) dt.12-11-2024 2/2 dated 23.07.2024, the said land has been declared to be a public land, used for Rasta, on which encroachment has been made by the Respondents no.5 to 8."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
