Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 337, 338, 307, 295, 332, 120B(1)(a), (b), (c), 153A (2), 353, 188 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was identified in the mob which pelted stones on the procession of Durga Puja.
