Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Brahampura P.S. Cae No. 230 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 402, 399, 412, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is a student and his entire career has been put to hold due to his false implication in the present case.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68675 of 2019(2) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 26.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Brahampura P.S. Case No. 230 of 2019.
