The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 788 of 2019 corresponding to Special (Excise) Case No. 416 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the entire allegation is false and fabricated. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner but from the motorcycle which allegedly being driven by the petitioner and he has no concern with the illicit liquor. The petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2019.
