The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No.145 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 27 and 35 of the Arms Act. Considering that the petitioners actively participated in causing injury to the informant and petitioner no.1 Santosh Singh shot at him causing injury above his waist, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.
