Petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "For issuance of a mandamus commanding the respondents to construct Government Panchayat Bhawan in Gram Panchayat Mukhyalaya Chukiya, Thana No. 55 in the District of Nawada and further to set aside the order dated 04.10.2019 (Annexure-6) contained in Memo No. 1024 issued by the District Magistrate, Nawada (Respondent No. 2) whereby direction has been issued for construction of

Patna High Court CWJC No.22173 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 Panchayat Bhawan over Khata No. 152 Plot No. 1487, the land which is not in the Panchayat Mukhyalaya."

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the writpetitioner has already filed representations (Annexure-4 and 5) before the authorities concerned, which is dated 16th of September, 2019, but the said representations have not been disposed of till date.

Let the representations of the petitioner dated 16th of September, 2019 (Annexure-4 and 5) be considered and decided in accordance with law by the authorities concerned within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the direction aforesaid.
