JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-03-2020 The petitioner who is in custody since 06.08.2019 seeks bail in connection with Deoria P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The implication of the petitioner is on the basis of suspicion and his so called confession which he denies to have made.

There is no recovery from the petitioner.

In the other cases in which the petitioner has been made accused and about which reference has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition, he has been granted bail in all of them.
