Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498(A), 307, 379, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

As per the prosecution case, complaint case has been filed on behalf of the informant Priya Bharti, her marriage was solemnized on 11.02.2018 and after six months of the marriage her in-laws started demanding motorcycle and chain. It has been further alleged that she was subjected to torture and on 27.06.2019, all the accused persons left the informant by sitting

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. Both are living separately and have no concern with the daily life of his son and daughter-in-law.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in Ahiyapur Police Station Case No. 837 of 2019, on the following conditions:-

(1) Petitioners shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and shall remain physically present as directed by the Court and their absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, their bail bonds shall be cancelled by the Court below.

(2) If the petitioners tampers with the evidence or the
