This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.09.2017. Nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor was he ever put on Test Identification Parade. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 324 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
