The petitioner has been in custody since 15.05.2017 in connection with Chatauni P.S. Case No. 207 of 2016 for the offence registered under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was initially arrested in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 9 of 2017 and thereafter, he was remanded in several other cases including the present case. It is further submitted that till date, no T.I. Parade has been conducted. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the name of the petitioner has come in connection with the present case on the basis of the confessional statement of the co-accused made before the police, which has no
