Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B),201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he had carried the dead body of the daughter of the informant on his vehicle, therefore, was responsible for screening the evidence of commission of offence.
Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the nature of allegation, facts and circumstances of the aforesaid case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3998 of 2018 (2) dt.19-01-2018 2/2 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 116 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
