2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Lakhnaur (R.S.O.P.) P.S. Case No. 24 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that the petitioner and the victim girl are living together. Victim has also appeared before the court below and has made specific statement to that effect while her statement was recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail.
6. Considering the fact that the age of the victim has been recorded about 18 years and she has made specific statement before the court below in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that no one had kidnapped her with an intention to marry rather she had herself run away with the petitioner and entered into matrimonial relationship, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on pre-arrest bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Lakhnaur (R.S.O.P.) P.S. Case No. 24 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Purnendu Singh, J) mantreshwar/- U T
