2. The present petition has been preferred for modification of the order dated 20.05.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 33792 of 2025 by which the Hon'ble Court has been pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with direction to surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt of the order.

3. In view of the averment made in the petition, the modification petition is allowed subject to payment of Rs.1,000/- to Bihar State Legal Services Authority.

4. The period of surrender is extended by four weeks from today.
