Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No.118 of 2017, registered under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is general and omnibus against all family members of the petitioner however, the police after investigation has submitted charge-sheet under Section 306 IPC and not under Section 302 IPC and rest other co-accused persons have been admitted to anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 22.11.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No.52374 of 2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10311 of 2018(3) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 petitioner Salamuddin @ Salamoudin is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Kishanganj in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No.118 of 2017.
