2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 325 , 307, 447 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have dashed the tractor upon the father of the informant due to which the father of the informant sustain injury . Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent of the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78037 of 2023(5) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM , supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. case No. 293 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
